Our values

Feel at home and be whoever you want to be. We meet each other without judgment — regardless of colour, sexual preference, gender, or religion. Together, we’ll create an unforgettable weekend.

Sexual harassment is never OK. Yes means yes. No means no. Maybe means no. Silence means no. Do you feel unsafe? Approach someone of our ‘sfeerbeheer’ crew or first aider — they are here for you. No rush, but want to report something later? You can also do so via the contact form.

Wilde Weide loves bamboo and the natural world. Don’t break off branches to use as party props. Also, respect the work of our many artists — they put immense time and love into every piece and detail of Wilde Weide.

Cigarette butts are the number one pollutant and extremely difficult to clean up, which is why we hand out ashtrays at the entrance and there are many ashtrays scattered around the site. Also keep your own camping spot clean and hand in your filled rubbish bag at the rubbish point when you leave, your weekend pass will be scanned and you will be refunded €10 deposit after the festival. Reuse your tent at the next festival. Are you really out of your tent or not taking it with you? There are containers at the trash point for collecting tents and other camping equipment.

At 02:00 am, the live acts and DJs finish, and we shift to lovely chill sessions around the campfires. Please don’t start loud parties at the campsite — it’s meant to be a place to rest.

Some performances in the programme are delicate and intimate. The show — and the experience of the person next to you — can easily be overwhelmed. Save the chat for afterwards so everyone can fully immerse themselves in the moment.

Take care of one another and help where needed. If you suspect someone’s boundaries are being crossed, check in to see if they’re okay. Swimming is only allowed between 08:00 and sunset — swim with others on not while being intoxicated.

Use those lovely portable toilets to keep nasty smells and toilet paper out of the bamboo jungle. It’s the only right place to take care of your private business. After Wilde Weide and Wildeburg, the site returns to being a recreational area and campsite — leave it clean for the kids and holidaymakers.

Highly recommended: protect your musical senses and use earplugs. Forgot yours? Alpine earplugs are for sale at the bars and camp shop. The higher quality ones are available at the staffed tills near Wildlive.

For one weekend, we become a mini society made beautiful by our sense of community. Someone not behaving as they should? Feel free to call them out in a positive way. Together, we carry the Wilde Weide spirit and make it a fantastic weekend!

About Wilde Weide

4.5.6 July 2024 in recreational area Netl de Wildste Tuin in Kraggenburg, the Netherlands.

You can enter the camping grounds starting Thursday and stay until noon on Monday.

You can arrive at the campsite from Thursday, July 3rd at 2:00 PM. Your tent may remain until Monday morning at 12:00 PM. With a weekend wristband, you can enter and leave the festival grounds freely. With a Sunday ticket, this is not possible.

Entrance opening hours:
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Campers (RVs) can only enter the campsite on Thursday between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM or on Friday between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Once parked, campers must remain on-site until Monday morning. It is not possible to arrive with a camper on Saturday or Sunday.

Discover fresh new live acts on the most beautiful festival ground in the Netherlands! Expect a mix of emerging bands and special niche acts from home and abroad. Think fresh indie and synthpop, groundbreaking hip hop, danceable blends of funk and roots reggae, abrasive garage rock, compelling psychedelia, melancholy neoclassical and left-field house and breakbeat. In short, food for the musical omnivore and those with an open mind. The intimate stages capture the feel of a club show, but at a festival.

Wilde Weide is celebrating a long weekend of vacation, wandering through wild nature full of creativity and going on an adventure from noon to the early night.

Wilde Weide offers food for the musical omnivore. Think alternative pop, hip-hop, punk, live electronics, Pan-African sounds, garage rock, neoclassical, breakbeat and house. In short, music for those with an open mind.

We believe in the power of co-creation. Therefore, the musical program will be co-curated by a diverse group of people closest to the fire: the musicians themselves. Four curators will program part of the program and be on stage themselves. The curators for Wilde Weide 2025 are: Goldband, Joep Beving, Moody Mehran and Pip Blom.

Whereas at Wildeburg the emphasis is on electronic music, at Wilde Weide it is on live acts. Discover new bands, go loose to tropical sounds or be moved at a lie-down concert. We dance, listen and party from noon to the early night in a relaxed vacation setting.

Absolutely, this is your guide to where you may wander, float and dance. Find all five stages and stumble across the creative madness with the festival map.

Wilde Weide is a festival for adults, but minors ages 12 and up may attend in the company of an adult. To attend the festival independently, you must be 18 or older at the time of the festival.

You can return them at the deposit machines of Statiegeld Nederland. You can find these on the map.

Upon entering Wilde Weide, you will be given a cup token. In exchange for your token, you get the first cup for free at the bar. With each subsequent drink you hand in the cup and get a clean one. If you don’t want to carry around your cup the whole weekend, you exchange it at the bar for a cup token. If you lose your cup: a new cup costs half a token and cannot be exchanged for money. This saves tens of thousands of plastic cups and keeps Wilde Weide nice and clean.

It’s okay to take photos with your phone or a simple camera, but please respect the privacy of the other festival goers – think before you post anything online. If you want to bring a professional/SLR/mirrorless camera, please send us an e-mail in advance.

No, there are no lockers at Wilde Weide. Leave valuables at home and enjoy a carefree weekend.

No, we will not sell cigarettes at Wilde Weide.

There are ponchos for sale at the camp store, but we recommend bringing your own raincoat. This is more environmentally friendly and does not create a mess on the grounds.

The many small pieces of confetti are barely cleanable, which is why we don’t want confetti in Wild Meadow. Don’t worry, we’ll make it a party anyway!

Yes, but please bring a doctor’s prescription. At the first aid post, medicines can be kept refrigerated.

Drugs are not allowed at Wilde Weide.

The area has beautiful beaches and water. Swimming is completely at your own risk and only allowed inside the ball lines. Outside these lines, entering the water is prohibited. Swimming is only allowed between 08:00 and sunset. Organization can never be held responsible for calamities.

Yes, it can get quite chilly at night and we have a long weekend ahead of us. You definitely want to be able to dress warmly if you need to.

Take care of your ears! It is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. That way you can still hear the music very well, you can still talk to the people around you and you protect your hearing. We sell (sleep) earplugs at the camping store, Partyplugs at the checkouts and PLUG-it earplugs at the bars.

Get karma points! Bring found items to the “Dorpsloket”. You can find it on the festival map.

Send an e-mail to info@wildeweidefestival.nl to see if we found your missing item.

You can pick up found items at the “Dorpsloket”, from Thursday till Monday 12:00. After this moment, found objects will be handed over to the municipality of Noordoostpolder. You can find them via Lost & Found.

As a visitor to Wilde Weide, you automatically agree to our house rules and general visitor conditions.

Respect and inclusiveness
Everyone is equal, and treat each other with respect. As soon as you cross a line – such as sexual harassment, or racist or discriminatory remarks – you will be removed from the premises and turned over to the police if necessary.

No Unauthorized Trade or Distribution
Without permission from Wild Meadow, it is not permitted to trade items, flyer or distribute samples on the event grounds, campsites and parking lots.

A Sunday ticket costs €64 + €5 service fee.

Tickets will be sent out the week of the festival. You will find your purchase confirmation in your mail, when you search on Paylogic or Wilde Weide. If it is not there, request it via I Lost My Ticket.

Yes! Selling tickets by name makes it harder to buy up and sell tickets for a profit. At the entrance of Wilde Weide, you will be asked for your ID, so make sure you bring it with you and the correct name is on the ticket.

You can change the personal information on your ticket via Name Change for €10. This is possible via the confirmation mail you received from Paylogic. Click the button ‘Manage order’. You will then see an overview of your purchased tickets. Click on ‘More actions’ at the top right and then on ‘name change’.

Name Change is not a safe way to exchange money and tickets between strangers. Don’t be tempted to use this to buy or sell tickets through Marktplaats, for example. There is no deadline for changing the name on your ticket.

TicketSwap is the only way to transfer a ticket between people who don’t know each other. The sold ticket is replaced with a completely new ticket which ensures you have a valid ticket. The name is also changed in the process. Unfortunately, we regularly hear stories of people being scammed, so don’t be tempted to buy through any other means!

What steps do you follow if you want to sell your ticket:
1: Go to the confirmation email you received from Paylogic;
2: In the email, click on the button at the bottom: “Manage order”;
3: You now enter your My Order environment, click here on “More actions”;
4: Click on the option: “Sell on TicketSwap”;
5: You will now be redirected to TicketSwap, follow the steps on their website.

No. Don’t get scammed by people and sites that say they can sell you a ticket. Tickets are not issued until the week of the festival, so there is nothing to trade. All tickets are sold by name and this is checked at the entrance. Tickets can only be resold via TicketSwap. A completely new ticket will be issued in the name of the new buyer.

A wristband is meant for 1 person, and cannot be transferred to someone else.

You will receive an email with more details about this a week before the festival.

With your festival ticket you paid €10,- deposit for a trash bag, which you will receive at the entrance. On Sunday or Monday, you hand in your full trash bag and we’ll scan your festivalticket, and you will get your deposit back. This way we keep Wilde Weide clean together! You can hand in your trash bag at the exit. The opening hours of the garbage point are as follows:

Sunday 09:00 – 22:00
Monday 08:00 – 12:00

Camping

Absolutely, a weekend ticket ensures your stay on the camping from Thursday up until Monday. If you have a Sunday ticket you can stick around until Monday morning.

Sure, there are several relaxing options for this. These are available till Friday morning the 4th of July. Check them out.

Accommodations are located across the entire camping area.

If you have booked several of the same accommodation at once we will try to arrange for them to be placed next to each other.

Yes, for this you need an camper card in addition to your weekend ticket.

With a campervan, it is not possible to arrive on Saturday or Sunday. You can arrive with your campervan only on Thursday between 2pm and 10pm or Friday between 10am and 10 pm. Leaving with a campervan is only allowed on Mondays. The site must be empty by noon

Our campsite is exclusively intended for campervans that meet the requirements of the Dutch ‘Wegenverkeerswet en de Regeling Voertuigen’. Cars with rooftop tents are also permitted.(Temporarily) Converted vehicles such as vans, station wagons with a mattress are not allowed. Campervans have a maximum length of 800 cm. Caravans and folding trailers are not allowed.

The use of gas installations with loose, removable gas bottles is not permitted in campervans. The following exceptions apply:

  • Small gas bottles with a safety valve or screw cartridge with a maximum capacity of 250 grams are allowed.
  • Campervans with a fixed gas installation and a built-in gas tank are allowed.
  • Campervans with a fixed gas installation and a removable gas bottle are allowed, provided the installation is designed to permanently house the bottle.

Yes, campervan tickets are checked by name just as with entrance tickets. If you are coming with an RV, follow the “Campers” signs. All passengers will need a valid entrance ticket.

The campsite crew will point you to the right place. Always follow the instructions of the staff to place your campervan. Your campervan will then stay the whole weekend. It is not possible to temporarily drive away with your campervan and come back later. You always need permission from the campsite crew to drive on the campsite.

Cars aren’t allowed on the camping site. Campervans are allowed when you have a valid campervan ticket.

Caravans are not allowed, but campers and cars with rooftop tents are if you have a camperticket. Or just book a rental tent!

Yes, tents are allowed around campers. However, this space is limited.

There is no separation between rental tents and regular camping. The rental tents stand side by side and there are chances of other people with tents standing around them.

The refund of the deposit will be initiated from July 24. It may take 4 to 10 days for the amount to appear back in the account of the main booker (the person who made the purchase).

As soon as the gates of Wilde Weide open, you can report directly at the ‘Huurtenten’ desk just outside the entrance. Please bring the ticket for your booked accommodation.

Check-in Desk Opening Hours
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

No, the name will not be checked, but the spot is registered under the name and order number of the main booker. If you bought an accommodation through TicketSwap, the accommodation will still be listed under its original name.

Yes, you can simply do that via TicketSwap.

Yes, you can find these at the toilets on the camping, and at some of the toilets on the festival site.

Yes that’s allowed on Thursday and Friday and only at your first entrance, but make sure it’s not in glass. On Saturday and Sunday, you are not allowed to bring food. We also have all kinds of great spots to grab a bite to eat!

Upon arrival on Thursday or Friday, you may bring up to 4 litres of canned drinks, with a maximum alcohol content of 15%. This works out to, for example, 2 six-packs (12 cans of 33cl), 8 half-litre cans, or any other combination up to 4 litres. All cans must be unopened — glass, plastic, and cardboard packaging is not allowed. This makes entry checks quicker and easier for everyone. It also helps us reduce waste: fewer types of packaging mean a higher recycling rate and a more sustainable festival. You can return your empty cans to the Statiegeld points near the campsites. During Wilde Weide, you’re free to walk from your tent to the stages with your own can in hand — there are no barriers between the campsites, stages, and bamboo paths.

Once you leave the site, you may not bring in additional food or drinks. On Saturday and Sunday, bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. However, you are welcome to bring empty (reusable) bottles to fill with drinking water (as long as they are not made of glass). Free water points are available throughout Wilde Weide.

Bonus tip: On Thursday or Friday, you can buy two chilled six-packs of beer (12 cans of 33cl) just before the entrance. This saves you carrying heavy loads — and ensures your beer is nicely chilled upon arrival. This offer is while supplies last and counts towards your 4-litre drinks allowance.

If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday you’re not allowed to bring food or drinks.

The use of large gas cylinders or gas installations is not permitted. Only on the campsite is the use of a gas bottle fitted with a safety valve or screw cap with a maximum capacity of 250 grams permitted. The use of puncture bottles is not permitted for safety reasons.

Barbecuing is only allowed with a disposable barbecue. It is not allowed in extreme drought conditions.

There are no power outlets available on the campsite. You can buy or rent powerbanks at the camping store to charge your phone. Most rental tents do have electricity available.

At 2:00 AM, the live acts and DJs will come to an end, and there will be relaxed campfire sessions to wind down. Please don’t start loud parties at the campsite during the night, it’s a place for rest.

It is not allowed to bring the following: professional photo, film and other (sound and/or video) recording equipment, laughing gas, dry-ice, glass (with the exception of necessary medication in original glass containers up to a maximum of 50 ml and perfumes), weapons and knives (except dinner cutlery), fireworks, torches candles, oil and gas lamps, pets, confetti, markers, needles, aerosols (except sunscreen, deodorant and perfume), generators, large sound systems, laser pens, batteries, drones and toxic, flammable or explosive materials. Confiscated goods will not be taken into custody.

Unfortunately, because we are in the midst of rebuilding and cleaning up between the two festivals, this is not possible. Also, your camping gear cannot stay at the site.

Yes, the main buyer will receive it in the week of the festival. You can find your purchase confirmation in your email, when you search for Paylogic or Wilde Weide. If it is not there, request it via I Lost My Ticket.

When you arrive at Wild Meadow and walk into the entrance, you will come across a sign that says “Rental Tent Check-In. This desk is located just after the entrance. This is where we scan your friend spot card and from there you will be directed to your spot. The check-in desk is also indicated on the map.
